Electrical insulation materials encompass a wide range of products, each with distinct manufacturing processes. Below are the general production workflows and key process points for the mainstream categories:

General Production Workflow
Raw Material Pre-treatment
Precisely weigh raw materials according to the product formula; select and grind powdered materials to meet specific fineness requirements.
Cut and surface-treat fibrous substrates to enhance bonding performance with the matrix material.
Conduct performance testing on all raw and auxiliary materials before warehousing; reject impurities and substandard batches.

Forming/Shaping
Select the appropriate forming method based on material characteristics; common processes include slip casting, compression molding, filament winding, injection molding, and coating.
Strictly control parameters such as pressure, speed, and temperature during forming to ensure uniform shape and density of the green body.

Curing/Sintering
Subject ceramic insulation materials to high-temperature kilns (above 1000°C) for sintering to form a dense ceramic structure.
Process polymer-based insulation materials via graded heating or the addition of curing agents to achieve resin cross-linking and curing, thereby enhancing overall strength and stability.

Post-processing and Finishing
Cut, deburr, and round the edges of the formed body to minimize the risk of electric field concentration.
Subject certain products to densification, moisture-proofing, and drying treatments to prevent insulation performance degradation in humid environments.

Finished Product Quality Inspection
Conduct visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and mechanical strength tests on all batches.
Perform critical insulation performance tests-including dielectric breakdown strength, insulation resistance, and dielectric loss-ensuring compliance with standards before factory release.
