Thermoset Material for Molded Automotive Components
Model 7802-5 is a thermoset molding material intended for the production of automotive-related molded parts. It supports both injection molding and transfer molding.
The flowability can be matched with the component structure, mold runner, part dimensions, and processing conditions. This provides flexibility when producing automotive parts with different shapes, wall thicknesses, and assembly requirements.
Automotive Parts Phenolic Resin combines mechanical strength, impact performance, heat resistance, flame resistance, and electrical insulation. It can be considered for automotive molded components that require structural stability and repeatable batch processing.
Customers can provide technical drawings or a physical prototype for material matching and sample confirmation before bulk production.
Strength and Impact Resistance
The product description records a flexural strength of at least 80 MPa and a tensile stress at break of at least 45 MPa. However, the supplied product parameter table records a flexural strength of at least 90 MPa. This value should be confirmed before the final product page or technical data sheet is published.
The notched Charpy impact strength is at least 1.5 kJ/m², while the unnotched Charpy impact strength is at least 5.5 kJ/m².
These properties support automotive parts during molding, demolding, component assembly, packaging, transportation, and normal application. Final suitability should still be evaluated according to the actual component structure and working environment.

Heat, Flame, and Electrical Properties
The heat deflection temperature under load, Ti 1.8, is at least 170°C. The material reaches a UL94 V0 flammability rating, providing a documented heat and flame performance basis for molded automotive components.
Its surface resistance is at least 10¹¹ Ω. The dielectric loss factor at 100 Hz is no more than 0.1. These electrical values allow the material to be considered for automotive components that also perform an insulation function.
The molding shrinkage range is 0.40% to 0.60%. Water absorption is no more than 100 mg, and density is between 1.50 and 1.60. The relatively narrow shrinkage range can support dimensional planning for parts with structural details or assembly positions.
Sample Approval and Order Visibility
Zhejiang Naso Synthesis Co., Ltd. can develop samples according to customer drawings or physical prototypes. Sample confirmation helps connect material selection with the customer's actual mold, processing equipment, and component requirements.
The company uses automated systems to manage material batching and key production parameters. Research, technical, production, and quality personnel participate in project execution.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 kg, and samples can be provided before bulk production. Pictures or videos can be shared during manufacturing so that customers can follow production and packaging progress.
A full inspection is completed before packaging. Third-party inspection can also be arranged. Automotive Parts Phenolic Resin model 7802-5 is therefore supplied with documented material data, sample support, production tracking, and pre-shipment quality control.
