Material for Low-Voltage Electrical Housings and Bases
Model 7601-D is a thermoset phenolic molding material intended for low-voltage electrical housings, bases, mounting supports, and insulating structural components.
It can be processed by injection molding or transfer molding. The material's flowability can be matched with enclosure dimensions, wall thickness, internal partitions, mounting holes, and mold runner design.
Low-voltage electrical housings often need to maintain their shape while supporting internal parts and providing separation between electrical components. The switchboard semi rigid plastic insulation combines mechanical strength, heat resistance, flame resistance, electrical insulation, and molding adaptability for these requirements.
Customers can provide a technical drawing or physical prototype for product matching. Sample confirmation can then be used to review flowability, internal structures, hole positions, dimensions, appearance, and assembly relationships.
Mechanical and Structural Properties
Model 7601-D provides a flexural strength of at least 80 MPa and a tensile stress at break of at least 50 MPa.
Its notched Charpy impact strength is at least 1.3 kJ/m², while its unnotched Charpy impact strength is at least 5.0 kJ/m².
These values support low-voltage electrical housings during molding, demolding, assembly, packaging, and transportation. The heat deflection temperature under load, Ti 1.8, is at least 160°C.
The material can therefore be evaluated for molded housings and bases that require structural support under defined temperature conditions. The finished component should be validated according to the actual housing design, processing settings, electrical requirements, and operating environment.

Flame, Electrical, and Physical Data
The material reaches a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Its surface resistivity is at least 10¹⁰ Ω, and its dielectric loss factor at 100 Hz is no more than 0.10.
The molding shrinkage range is 0.5% to 0.9%. Water absorption is no more than 100 mg, and density is between 1.40 and 1.50.
These parameters provide a basis for housing dimensions, installation positions, internal clearances, and batch weight planning. Sample molding is important for confirming actual dimensional changes with the customer's mold and production equipment.
The switchboard semi rigid plastic insulation is intended to provide documented insulation and molding data without replacing testing of the final electrical assembly.
Flexible Orders and Export Coordination
Zhejiang Naso Synthesis Co., Ltd. has focused on phenolic molding compounds and related thermoset materials since 2006.
Sales, research, production, and quality personnel can jointly follow sample development and order production. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 kg. Different colors or models may be combined within the same minimum order quantity after discussion.
Standard products normally require approximately 7 days for production, while customized products normally require about 20 days. Pictures or videos can be provided during production.
Export packaging can be arranged according to the housing shape, packing quantity, and transportation requirements. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are supported.
