Structural Material for Circuit Breaker Enclosures
Model 7601 is a thermoset molding material intended for circuit breaker housings and related structural components. It supports injection molding and transfer molding.
A circuit breaker enclosure may perform several functions within the finished assembly. It can support internal components, provide mounting positions, maintain the external structure, and help separate electrical parts.
The material's flowability can be matched with housing dimensions, wall thickness, reinforcing ribs, mounting holes, and mold structure. This supports the production of enclosures with different specifications and internal layouts.
Circuit Breaker Housing Phenolic Plastic combines mechanical performance, heat resistance, flame resistance, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability. Customers should provide housing drawings, molding information, and application requirements before confirming the material for bulk production.
Housing Strength and Heat Resistance
Model 7601 provides a flexural strength of at least 80 MPa and a tensile stress at break of at least 50 MPa.
The notched Charpy impact strength is at least 1.3 kJ/m², while the unnotched Charpy impact strength is at least 5.0 kJ/m². These mechanical values provide a reference for housings during demolding, internal component installation, packaging, transportation, and normal handling.
The heat deflection temperature under load, Ti 1.8, is at least 160°C. This allows the material to be evaluated for electrical enclosure parts with stated heat-resistance requirements.
Sample testing should be completed with the actual housing mold. This helps confirm material flow around ribs and holes, overall dimensions, assembly clearances, and structural integrity.

Flame and Electrical Insulation Performance
The material reaches a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Its surface resistivity is at least 10¹⁰ Ω, while the dielectric loss factor at 100 Hz is no more than 0.10.
These properties support Circuit Breaker Housing Phenolic Plastic when flame resistance and electrical insulation are required together with structural support.
The molding shrinkage range is 0.5% to 0.9%. Water absorption is no more than 100 mg, and density is between 1.40 and 1.50.
These values can assist with housing dimension design, mold compensation, assembly-clearance planning, and finished-part weight management. Final suitability depends on the actual breaker structure, electrical design, processing method, and working environment.
Production Control for Bulk Housing Orders
Zhejiang Naso Synthesis Co., Ltd. has a combined annual production capacity of approximately 20,000 tons for phenolic molding compounds and related materials.
An automatic batching system and a DCS automated control system are used to manage raw material ratios and key production processes. Sales, technical, production, and quality personnel can participate in project communication based on the breaker housing requirements.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 kg. Samples can be supplied before bulk manufacturing.
A full inspection is completed before packaging, and third-party inspection can be accepted. Pictures or videos may be provided during production. Export packaging can be customized according to housing size, stacking method, and transportation conditions.
