Material for Molded Pot Handles
Model 7602-ZG is a thermoset phenolic molding material intended for cookware pot handles. It supports injection molding and transfer molding.
The flowability can be matched with the handle shape, overall dimensions, wall thickness, installation structure, and mold conditions. This allows manufacturers to evaluate the material for handles with different lengths, profiles, mounting holes, and connection designs.
Cookware Pot Handle Phenolic Plastic combines mechanical strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It is suitable for handles used on woks, frying pans, and other cookware products.
The material provides a documented performance basis for handle structure, connection, installation, and repeat molding. Actual suitability should be confirmed with the finished handle design and production mold.
Strength for Production and Assembly
Model 7602-ZG provides a flexural strength of at least 80 MPa and a tensile stress at break of at least 50 MPa.
The notched Charpy impact strength is at least 1.3 kJ/m², while the unnotched Charpy impact strength is at least 5.0 kJ/m². These values support handle components during molding, demolding, assembly, packaging, transportation, and installation.
The heat deflection temperature under load, Ti 1.8, is at least 160°C. This provides a defined heat-performance reference for cookware handles used in heated environments.
The data does not replace testing with the actual cookware design. Customers should confirm the material according to the handle position, installation method, dimensions, mold, and expected operating conditions.

Parameters for Handle Mold Design
The molding shrinkage range is 0.6% to 0.9%. Water absorption is no more than 100 mg, and density is between 1.45 and 1.55.
These physical properties can support mold dimension planning, handle length and thickness control, mounting-hole positioning, and finished-part weight estimation.
The insulation resistance is at least 10⁹ Ω. The dielectric loss factor at 100 Hz is no more than 0.1. These values provide additional material information for cookware components with insulation requirements.
Sample molding is recommended to confirm flowability, appearance, dimensions, and assembly performance before bulk production.
Drawing-Based Samples and Export Packaging
Customers can provide a technical drawing or a physical handle prototype for product matching. Samples can be supplied before bulk manufacturing.
The company uses an automatic batching system and a DCS automated control system to manage production. Quality personnel monitor the product, and a full inspection is completed before packaging.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 kg. Different colors or models may be combined within the same minimum order quantity after discussion.
Pictures or videos can be provided during production. Export packaging can be customized according to the handle shape, transportation distance, loading method, and handling requirements.
Cookware Pot Handle Phenolic Plastic model 7602-ZG provides manufacturers with stated mechanical, thermal, electrical, shrinkage, water absorption, and density information for cookware handle development.
